PRECEDENCIA EN DISCURSOS
Todos los componentes del "traje (ambo o terno)" o del "traje sastre" deberán confeccionarse con una tela de la misma estructura color y composición.
La corbata le da formalidad y elegancia al traje, cuidado con el largo de esta. Se considera inventor de la corbata, tal y como hoy la conocemos, al rey Luis XV, de Francia en el siglo XVIII. Si bien el ejército croata la empleaba con un diseño más primitivo, la corbata moderna nació en Francia.

Las
antiguas universidades del mundo son instituciones de mucha tradición con un
ceremonial antiguo, precioso y delicado. Lamentablemente muchas universidades
nuevas en Chile no cuentan con tradiciones o costumbres arraigadas. Al
dar una mirada a las ceremonias o actos en diferentes universidades he podido
apreciar que existen diversas formar de realizar las ceremonias, estas
universidades en general tienen
manuales de ceremonial y protocolo muy básicos que deja al usuario la
oportunidad de variadas interpretaciones, y en vez de ayudar a los encargados
de esta importante área, dificultan su accionar.
A su vez las personas
encargadas de esta importante labor en
general no cuentan con la pericia necesaria, para tomar decisiones y resolver
problemas en base al conocimiento y experiencia, lo que se evidencia al no
responder al principio “de menos es más o de hacer lo adecuado” y no importunar
u ofender a los invitados, lo que provoca
distintos sobresaltos en la organización y desarrollo de estas
actividades.
Otro aspecto importante es el
desconocimiento de las comunidades universitarias de la existencia de manuales de ceremonial & protocolo
y etiqueta, especialmente de los cuerpos directivos. Teniendo en cuenta
lo descrito, es necesario profesionalizar la actividad, revisar, mejorar,
actualizar los manuales de procedimiento y darlos a conocer a toda la comunidad
universitaria para transmitir la identidad de la institución.
Así
también es necesario realizar evaluaciones periódicas y después de cada actividad
con el equipo de trabajo, dejar un registro para ver los errores y corregirlos.
Es lamentable que las autoridades universitarias desconozcan que el ceremonial,
protocolo y etiqueta llevado de buena forma proyectan en el publico interno
como externo una imagen de una
institución seria, respetuosa y responsable.
Los
gobiernos de cada casa de estudios superiores deben involucrarse y
comprometerse a dotar al protocolo de su universidad de la infraestructura y
los recursos necesarios para proyectar su imagen de buena manera a la comunidad
tanto nacional como internacional.

ABSTRACT
The
oldest Universities in the world are institutions with the most finest and kind
tradition of Protocol Training. Unfortunately in Chile mostly of the new
Universities aren’t rooted in their traditions, if we take a look of their
solemn ceremonies my thoughts and conclusions are: there are many ways to
organize an solemn event and mostly of the Universities have a Protocol
Training Manual with a lack of details, the consequences of that has given the
chance of many mistakes instead to help the coordinators, therefore they get
more confused.
Based
on that the Coordinators in charge of the ceremonies and events, don’t have
enough expertise to take right decisions and being problem solving, we observe
something so important as missing the principle “when it comes to make the
right, less is more” Also they shouldn’t make their guest uncomfortable,
consequences of that guest and their organization whom they represent can feel
summersault being harmful to the proper develop of the activity.
On the
other side we analyze a lack of awareness of the educational community about
the knowledge of Protocol and Ceremony Training Manual specially the managerial
committee. Considering this perception it becomes an important aspect to give a
professional status to the solemn ceremonies, checking thoroughly and improving
all the Manual Training procedure in order to teach all the educational
community, therefore they will get more blend to their academic institution.
Also a
contributing factor to it is
the fact that we need to make regular assessment after all the activities with
the teamwork, recording all the mistakes to be able to correct them in the
future. Unfortunately it is a regrettable mistake that our managerial committee
are unknown of the Etiquette and Protocol Training, if they get to know this
method they could project an earnest, formal, responsible and better image to
the academic institution whom they represent.
The governing body of each Academic headquarters must get involve and
make a commitment to provide of facilities and enough funds for Protocol Training, this actions will be the
beginning of an improving perception of the community as well as National and
International positioning
(Ceremonial,
Protocol, University).
